As Mu0026amp;E Systems Manager, you lead a team of airworthiness engineers delivering software solutions across airline maintenance platforms. You oversee configuration, data migration and system optimization tailored to each client’s needs, working closely with airline customers to improve efficiency and compliance. You drive cross-functional delivery, client engagement and business growth while ensuring projects meet regulatory and quality standards. • Lead, mentor and develop a team of Airworthiness engineers to high performance
• Manage resource planning, workload allocation and recruitment
• Coordinate with Fleet Technical Management and clients on phase-in/phase-out and transition projects
• Review aircraft transfer documentation including maintenance records and configuration documents
• Oversee data migration and validation in maintenance systems per project and regulatory requirements
• Assess MPD, MRBR, ADs and SBs for airworthiness and maintenance compliance
• Lead complex technical projects with on-time, within-budget delivery and quality




• Support commercial activities with technical proposals and scope definitions
• Drive enhancement of Mu0026E systems services and identify improvements for clients
• Build and maintain relationships with airlines, OEMs, lessors and stakeholders
• Lead continuous improvement, standardization and internal procedures
• Monitor project performance via KPIs and implement corrective actions

Responsabilidades
• 10+ years in senior technical roles within Airline Technical Services, CAMO or Maintenance Organizations
• Experience managing technical teams and multidisciplinary projects
• Strong technical knowledge of Airbus and/or Boeing aircraft
• Extensive knowledge of EC regulations 2018/1139, 748/2012, 1321/2014, 965/2012
• Understanding of aircraft transitions and airworthiness management
• Expert knowledge of airline Mu0026E systems including AMOS, TRAX, with experience in configuration, data migration, integration and transformation
• Ability to develop business opportunities and support commercial growth
• Excellent client-facing skills
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data/KPI communication
• Proven ability to simplify complex processes, create procedures and drive improvements
• Strong project management capabilities
