Experteer Overview
In this Medical Affairs role, you will lead scientific partnerships with local KOLs to enable access and advocacy grounded in evidence. You act as the in-field medical expert in oncology, shaping local medical plans that align with strategic objectives. You will facilitate field intelligence, support site-level research, and promote central medical activities locally. You will drive medical-to-medical communications, present scientific talks, and ensure timely, compliant dissemination of new data. This position offers the chance to influence clinical research and engage with investigators across sites.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Build and maintain a network of KOLs and scientific institutions locally
• Serve as in-field oncology medical expert
• Collect and translate field medical insights; identify investigator opportunities
• Plan and execute local medical-scientific strategies; support therapeutic areas locally
• Promote central medical activities to KOLs and institutions
• Observe competitor drugs and attend scientific meetings
• Lead medical-to-medical communications and prepare scientific talks
• Ensure prompt, accurate dissemination of new clinical data within label compliance
• Provide scientific leadership to investigators and manage research grants




• Support interventional and non-interventional studies and clinical trials coordination
• Collaborate with internal teams and support regulatory/compliance requirements
• Track field activities and M2M communications with periodic reports
• Travel as needed; maintain valid driver's license
• Support training of commercial colleagues with clinical data knowledge

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Health Sciences
• MD, MBA, PhD and/or oncology expertise strongly desired
• Strong skills in AI and ability to apply AI tools to medical activities
• Background in Epidemiology, Oncology, Immunology, Clinical Trials, molecular biology, translational medicine preferred
• Experience as MSL/MSR and oncology/local environment knowledge preferred
• Fluency in English
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong scientific writing
• Strong customer orientation with a science-based approach
• Project management under tight deadlines
• Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration abilities
• Digital literacy and ability to adopt new digital tools
• Familiarity with Regulatory Affairs, Drug Safety, Legal and compliance
• Computer skills
• Willingness to travel; valid driver’s license
