Experteer Overview In this role, you will own the product vision and backlog for a data-driven diagnostics platform, partnering with engineering squads to ensure business value and technical feasibility. You’ll translate needs into actionable requirements, drive delivery across C#/.NET and Rust initiatives, and maintain alignment with the roadmap and architecture. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that advance personalized healthcare. - Own and prioritize the product backlog to align with business outcomes and the product roadmap
- Act as primary liaison for stakeholders, translating business needs into technical user stories and requirements
- Collaborate with engineering teams through planning, refinement, design, and delivery to ensure feasibility
- Define work packages, support estimation/sequencing, and help deliver stable, maintainable solutions
- Support delivery across C#/.NET and Rust initiatives with clarity,



trade-offs, and prioritization
- Provide transparent status and issue reporting within teams and to project management
- Review design, functionality, usability, and performance to drive improvement
- Navigate ambiguity and keep the team moving with prioritized decisions
- Ensure features follow architecture, quality standards, and documentation expectations
- Proactively track and mitigate project risks to ensure delivery stability
- Manage external dependencies to prevent roadblocks and ensure cross-team alignmentResponsabilidades
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Product Owner experience with proven team leadership
- Strong collaboration and self-organization
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and strong communication
- Experience in regulated or enterprise environments is a plus
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
