Experteer Overview In this role you manage the preparation and execution of all MRO works for helicopters and components, ensuring on-time, on-cost and on-quality deliveries. You lead the definition and implementation of corrective actions and improvements across AHE MRO and subcontractors, coordinating with workshops and production. You oversee documentation, compliance, cost control and customer requirements, acting as the key focal point for technical needs and offers. You will work in a cross-functional environment to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Elaborate and update master data for SBs, ADs, Life limits for helicopters and components and implement in work packages
- Release work orders and packages to workshop with required quality level according to customer needs and AHE procedures
- Monitor end-to-end work processes and ensure regulatory compliance during and beyond programmed tasks
- Manage Visual Management Information panels and serve as focal point for offers and customer requirements




- Schedule tasks in coordination with Production; supervise technical records and ensure documentation for Quality (DAAV, CoC)
- Obtain necessary documentation to renew Airworthiness Certificates when applicable; oversee civil/military (CPS/CApt) certificates when required
- Collaborate with Su0026S Programmes for cost control and progress tracking; prepare reports on technical work, costs and schedule deviations
- Participate in internal and external audits and drive corrective actions
- Identify and develop improvement opportunities within MRO and across departmentsResponsabilidades
