We're looking for an HRD to build and own the HR function for a private construction project as it scales from roughly 150 to 250 people. This is a fully remote role with full ownership of HR — from recruitment through people operations, policy, and strategy.What You'll DoScale the HR function to support company growth from :150 to 250 peopleLead the recruitment function, including the most complex and sensitive hiresDesign and manage compensation, benefits, and HR policiesOwn HR operations end-to-end — onboarding, documentation, processes, and complianceSet HR strategy and org design as the business growsBuild the analytics and reporting needed to guide people decisionsAdvise leadership on people strategy, structure, and riskRequirementsSolid experience leading an HR function end-to-end,
