You will work within the Enterprise Architecture function to optimize the HR tech footprint and drive a consistent employee experience. - Serve as end-to-end architect for the Workday landscape
- Identify overlaps, gaps, and consolidation opportunities within Workday footprint

- 7+ years in architecture or senior HR technology roles
- Strong experience in HR systems and platforms (e.G., Workday)
- Experience with HR integrations (identity, payroll, finance)
- Understanding of Privacy and regulatory considerations for HR data
- Experience in HR processes and operating models
- Proven experience in large, decentralized or federated enterprises
- Experience in functional capability modeling, SaaS and packaged application landscapes, and cross-domain dependency management
