Experteer Overview In this role you will lead global ERP deployment efforts within the Transcend program, driving planning, risk management, and cross-functional execution. You will partner with business, technology, and operations teams to deliver a unified digital backbone that enables agile pharmaceutical operations. The position offers global impact across regions, shaping a standardized platform and ensuring governance and readiness. You will work in a hybrid setup, collaborating across multiple hubs to deliver transformational change in Innovative Medicine Supply Chain.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Lead deployment execution across global ERP releases and workstreams with integrated plans and readiness activities
- Monitor progress, identify risks/issues, and drive timely resolution to meet program objectives
- Support governance, stage-gate reviews, and release readiness while adhering to Transcend standards
- Coordinate status reporting and leadership updates, keeping risks and dependencies transparent
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated execution and stakeholder alignment
- Identify and mitigate deployment risks and cross-functional dependencies




- Drive standardization and continuous improvement across releases and workstreams
- Develop and document Contracting, Pricing, and Billing user requirements and support regional rollout
- Map business processes related to Contracting, Pricing, and Billing with testing and reporting focus
- Visually design communications to showcase team success and ensure consistent messagingResponsabilidades
- Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience
- Experience with an ERP deployment and/or business transformation
- Demonstrated project/program management experience
- Knowledge of Contracting, Pricing, and Billing within a Commercial/Customer Service context
- Experience in Supply Chain or Operations leadership
- Strong communication and presentation skills in highly matrixed organizations
- Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare/regulatory environments (cGMP, SDLC)
- English proficiency; additional European languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel up to 35% and work on-site at least three days per week under flexible policyRequisitos principales
