Experteer Overview As Lead Network Engineer, you will ensure reliable, secure enterprise network operations across a global environment. You will diagnose and resolve incidents, validate configurations, and monitor performance to meet high standards. You will collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and customers worldwide to maintain uptime and trust. This role offers the opportunity to influence network security and efficiency in a cross-functional, data-center–driven setting. You will apply hands-on expertise and automation to scale networks and mitigate risk.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Diagnose and resolve network issues (hardware and software) to minimize downtime
- Provide Layer 2 and Layer 3 network support for routing and switching
- Manage UTM firewalls, update security policies, and debug traffic flows
- Review and validate network configurations for standards and best practices




- Monitor network health and performance using appropriate tools
- Maintain accurate network documentation and diagrams
- Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and customers worldwide
- Act as incident point of contact for network-related outagesResponsabilidades
- CCNA or equivalent certification
- experience in network support or TAC in enterprise or data center environments
- strong understanding of Layer 2/3 technologies and protocols
- in-depth knowledge of TCP/UDP/Multicast and Network Virtualization
- vendor-agnostic firewall knowledge
- analytical problem-solving skills
- experience with network performance monitoring and scripting/automation (Docker, Python, Ansible) a plus
