Experteer Overview As a Medical Affairs Scientist/MSR, you will build scientific partnerships with local KOLs to support access and advocacy using robust evidence. You serve as the field medical expert in GU tumours, shaping local medical plans and translating central scientific strategies into territory-level actions. You will lead medical communications, foster investigator relationships, and ensure compliant dissemination of new clinical data to the scientific community. This role combines scientific leadership, field intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration to advance Pfizer’s medical objectives.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Develop and consolidate local KOL and scientific institution networks to support medical leadership
- Act as the in-field GU tumours medical expert
- Generate field medical intelligence to identify investigators and collaboration opportunities
- Plan and execute local medical-scientific strategic plans and in-country therapeutic area support
- Promote central medical activities to KOLs and implement scientific strategies locally
- Monitor competitor drugs and attend scientific meetings
- Lead medical-to-medical communications and prepare scientific talks/presentations
- Disseminate new clinical data in line with product labeling and company procedures
- Ensure strong medical presence at investigational sites and scientific centers
- Provide scientific leadership for relationships with investigators and review research grants




- Support non-interventional studies, post-marketing and interventional trials, and research grant management
- Collaborate with internal teams and support promotional activities for regional KOLs and societies
- Contribute scientific input to cross-functional teams and capture medical insights
- Track internal activities and field interactions with periodic reporting
- Ensure compliance with Pfizer policies and regulatory standards in all activities
- Support internal training of customer-facing colleagues on clinical data and medicinesResponsabilidades
- MD, MBA or PhD strongly desired
- Experience as MSL/MSR preferred, oncology/hematology local knowledge preferred
- Fluency in English
- Clinical experience in Epidemiology, Oncology, Immunology, Clinical Trials, molecular biology, translational medicine preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication (scientific and non-scientific)
- Experience in medical writing and submitting papers to peer review
- Strong customer orientation and science-based approach
- Project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Team collaboration and cross-functional work experience
- Ability to leverage digital tools and adapt to new technology in medical interactions
- Working knowledge of Regulatory Affairs, Drug Safety, Legal and compliance
