Experteer Overview
In this role, you will co-lead the transformation of Celonis Demo Engineering by architecting agentic demo systems and tooling that turn customer business problems into compelling, data-driven demos. You will shape end-to-end AI-enabled demo workflows, from mockups to in-product demos, and empower field teams with self-service, AI-assisted assets. You’ll drive high-impact pre-sales narratives and scalable demo automation that showcases Celonis’ Process Intelligence platform to senior stakeholders. This is a mission-driven opportunity to accelerate Enterprise AI adoption through creative storytelling, tooling, and automation.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Architect and lead the shift to Prompt-to-Demo workflows (Atlas -u003e Apollo) and build AI agents to generate data stories, UI screens, and configurations
• Create self-service agentic tools enabling Sales Reps and Solution Engineers to generate custom talk-tracks, executive summaries, and pitch decks on demand
• Own end-to-end development, release, and ongoing improvement of strategic AI demo tools and assets; identify high-impact demo opportunities and prioritize features




• Scale the demo lifecycle through automation by identifying repetitive tasks and building AI-driven tools to reduce manual effort
• Translate complex data into executive-friendly narratives using generative tools while maintaining human-centric, high-impact demos

Responsabilidades
• 1.5+ years of professional experience in Value Engineering, Applied AI, Solution Engineering, Demo Engineering, Technical Consulting, or similar roles
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or equivalent; comfortable with data, AI model integration, and debugging tools
• Ability to turn complex technical capabilities into simple, value-driven stories for executives
• Curiosity and speed in experimenting with new models, frameworks, and prompting techniques
