Experteer Overview
As Lead Tendering Manager, you will own the end-to-end tendering process for Power Transmission projects, shaping competitive, compliant proposals. You collaborate with Sales, Commercial, Project Management and global factory teams to secure accurate costing, risk assessment and smooth project handover. You influence GO/NO GO decisions and drive standardization and continuous improvement in tendering. This role offers impact across a global, energy-transition context and the chance to lead critical bids in a high-voltage environment.

• Oversee end-to-end tendering from opportunity to submission and outcome follow-up
• Provide technical solutions during pre-ITO and align with commercial and customer requirements
• Participate in GO/NO GO decisions and tender approvals with Tendering Manager and KAMs
• Prepare offer costing, tender docs, risk analysis and margin estimates with stakeholders
• Ensure bids are compliant, timely,



and aligned with GE Vernova standards
• Coordinate with integral factories and hand over awarded projects to Project Managers
• Drive standardization, best practices, and continuous improvement within Tendering

Responsabilidades
• Advanced experience in Engineering/Technology u0026 Customer Application Engineering (Bachelor-level equivalent)
• Proven Tendering Manager or Project Manager experience in high-voltage industry
• Experience in electrical transmission and distribution
• Fluent in Spanish and English (C1)
• Knowledge of Gas Insulated Substations, Power Transformers, AIS and other power transmission products
