Experteer Overview
In this role you will support European subsidiaries’ accounts payable, helping to ensure accurate invoice processing, currency accounting, and compliance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and support audits and SOX compliance. Based in Barcelona or German locations, you’ll contribute to regional financial closing and VAT reporting while enabling efficient vendor payments. This is a hands-on, impact-driven position at a growth-focused semiconductor leader.

• Register and match invoices to purchase orders and approvals
• Resolve vendor payment issues and respond to inquiries
• Participate in month-end closing and account reconciliations
• Prepare ad-hoc audit requests and support audit activities
• Ensure proper accounting of foreign currency transactions

• Collaborate with other departments on vendor payment procedures
• Support process optimization and automation initiatives
• Contribute to SOX compliance efforts

Responsabilidades
• BS/BA in Accounting or related field
• 5 years of accounting/administration experience
• Intermediate Excel proficiency
• Fluent in Spanish and English (C1); other EU language a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
