Experteer Overview Senior Process Manager leads regional NDC-related transformation and process design within Strategic Operations Europe. You’ll drive operational improvements, collaborate with operations, technology, and external partners, and oversee a team to deliver NDC projects on time and within scope. The role focuses on aligning processes with evolving airline distribution models, optimizing service delivery and user experience. - Lead and manage strategic projects related to NDC implementation and operational transformation across European Operations
- Define, document, and optimize NDC-related processes and service delivery models
- Act as Product Owner for a defined region/product and coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Coordinate with other BCD Travel regions and external parties; work with operations, implementations, and travel technology
- Manage a team of Process Managers; ensure resource allocation, prioritization, and on-time delivery




- Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans for risk areas
- Identify best practices, gather requirements, and drive change management and testing processes
- Provide support to Operations teams and translate customer needs into solutionsResponsabilidades
- Subject matter expert in Agency Operations, Call Center principles, or Automation/Technology
- Strong understanding of travel technology and NDC; knowledge of industry distribution trends
- Demonstrated leadership and/or managerial experience
- Ability to lead, set direction, build teamwork, and deliver through others
- Strong problem solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
