Experteer Overview In this role you build scientific partnerships with local KOLs to facilitate access and advocacy grounded in evidence. You serve as the medical field expert for hematology tumors, delivering medical plans aligned with corporate goals. You will lead scientific field activities, disseminate data through compliant Medical-to-Medical communications, and support clinical research and post-marketing studies. This position combines in-field expertise with cross-functional collaboration to strengthen Pfizer’s scientific presence and patient-focused mission.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Develop and maintain relationships with KOLs and scientific institutions locally to support scientific leadership
- Act as the in-field medical expert in hematology tumors
- Gather and translate field intelligence from investigators to identify collaboration opportunities
- Plan and execute local medical-scientific strategic plans and support therapeutic areas in-country
- Promote central medical activities to KOLs to implement scientific strategies locally
- Monitor competitor drugs and attend scientific meetings and conferences
- Lead medical-to-medical communications in the field and prepare scientific talks
- Disseminate new clinical data promptly and accurately, compliant with product labeling
- Ensure strong medical presence at investigational sites and scientific centers and provide scientific leadership to investigators
- Oversee internal review of research grants and support independent sponsored and non-interventional studies




- Facilitate clinical and interventional trials with Pfizer drugs and manage post-marketing studies
- Collaborate with internal teams and support promotional activities with regional KOLs and societies
- Contribute scientific input to cross-functional teams and provide medical insights from customers
- Maintain records of field activities and medical interactions via regular reporting
- Ensure all work complies with Pfizer policies and regulatory standardsResponsabilidades
- MD/MS/PhD preferred with oncology/hematology expertise
- Fluency in English
- Experience as MSL/MSR preferred; oncology/hematology local knowledge advantageous
- Background in Epidemiology, Oncology, Immunology, Clinical Trials, molecular biology, translational medicine preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; scientific and non-scientific
- Experience in medical writing and peer-reviewed submissions
- Strong customer orientation and science-based approach
- Project management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work in a multi-functional team and adapt to digital tools
- Knowledge of Regulatory Affairs, Drug Safety, Legal and compliance
- Computer literacy and willingness to travel; valid driver’s license
- Interest in innovation, AI, digital environment, statistics
- Regulatory and pharmacovigilance knowledge is beneficial
- European work permit
