Experteer Overview In this role you partner with Central Operations to translate operational performance into financial impact across Europe. You’ll own the financial stewardship for a growing network, sizing opportunities, quantifying trade-offs, and guiding business owners to improve productivity and cost efficiency. You’ll leverage automation and AI tools to focus on analysis and strategic partnering, shaping how the network invests next. - Own the financial partnership for a Central Operations area, linking performance metrics to financial outcomes and flagging cost overruns
- Present analysis to business owners, size opportunities, quantify trade-offs, and influence decisions in ambiguous data environments
- Lead root cause analysis on variances across sites/countries, building scalable measurements to improve efficiency




- Drive cost-out and efficiency initiatives within the area and contribute to cross-functional programs
- Own the financial and operational planning for the area, develop a challenging but solid plan, and test assumptions
- Communicate variance drivers and actions to Country Finance leads and senior stakeholders to enable decisions
- Partner with data and technology teams to automate recurring analysis and support AI/automation adoption across financeResponsabilidades
- Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or another relevant field
- Experience partnering with stakeholders across the business
- People management experience
- Experience with Excel and large-scale data mining/reporting tools (Python, SQL, Tableau)
- Financial modelling experience
