Experteer Overview
In this role you drive transformation and initiatives by managing programs, projects and portfolios aligned with Space Systems Spain goals. You’ll coordinate cross-department activities, provide visibility on status and control costs, time, and performance. You will lead data management and digitalization projects, shaping roadmaps and ensuring smooth deployment of DDMS and related transformations. You’ll work with stakeholders across the organization to improve processes and deliver measurable outcomes in a complex aerospace environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead transformation programs within TSOY and Space Systems Spain, coordinating with all stakeholders
• Manage BROMO carve-out and PMI programs within the SpS Space Spain framework
• Coordinate programme phases and define activities to be implemented
• Prepare ad-hoc program information and documentation




• Establish a roadmap for DDMS deployment and other transformations
• Use visual management tools to track KPIs across process implementations
• Oversee project management for Data Management and Digitalization
• Collaborate across departments to align teams, set goals, and execute initiatives

Responsabilidades
• More than 5 years space business experience
• Extensive knowledge of Airbus Space Spain interfaces and stakeholder ways of working
• Experience in Space processes and Airbus digital processes
• Experience across the Space Business flow: Programs, Design, Manufacturing, Procurement and Verification
• MRP knowledge; SAP experience appreciated
• DDMS@SpS knowledge (3DX - SAP - WCH- APRISO)
