Experteer Overview As the CIB Risk AI Champion, you own the AI portfolio strategy within CIB Risk, driving measurable business value and the sustainability of deployed AI solutions. You steer AI initiatives across risk domains, prioritize the self-service agent portfolio, and align with senior stakeholders to enable governance and transformation. You’ll lead cross-functional teams of Wizards and collaborate with Architecture, Data, AI Transformation, and engineering units to embed AI in risk decision-making. This role offers a chance to shape how BBVA leverages AI to transform risk management at scale.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Manage and prioritize the AI Agent Portfolio (Self-Service) across CIB Risk domains; develop strategic business cases for AI initiatives
- Evaluate use cases and assess technology stacks with Architecture and Data teams
- Lead and coordinate Wizards (technical leads for self-service agents) ensuring alignment with business needs and quality standards
- Govern deployed AI solutions end-to-end,



monitor risks, and ensure ongoing compliance with internal and regulatory standards
- Identify high-impact, cross-functional transformation opportunities and drive top-down AI transformation initiatives with key teamsResponsabilidades
- 10+ years in Transformation, Strategy, or Engineering within CIB or related financial services/tech environments
- 3-5 years leading AI, advanced analytics, or digital transformation projects in risk contexts
- Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related quantitative field
- MBA or CFA/FRM valued (optional)
- Solid understanding of CIB products and risk domains
- In-depth knowledge of AI, ML, LLMs, and self-service agent architectures
