Experteer Overview
In this role, you will oversee financial control and operational support for boutiques across Spain, ensuring accuracy and compliance within a premier luxury group. You will work closely with the finance and Maison retail teams to strengthen internal controls and drive efficient month-end close and reconciliation processes. You’ll tackle cash, AML, and regulatory requirements, shaping governance and audit readiness. This position offers a chance to impact store-level controls, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, digitally oriented environment.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Manage reconciliation and clearance of GL accounts (trade debtors, VAT, deposits) and resolve discrepancies
• Oversee timely month-end closings following Group policies
• Implement and monitor boutique collection controls (AR, vouchers, pre-payments, bank confirmations)
• Act as primary liaison for boutiques, guiding operational processes and internal controls
• Support stock counts and train boutique staff on procedures
• Perform daily controls of boutique operations (cash, bank accounts, AML, credit card sales, vouchers)




• Ensure audit-ready documentation and respond to internal/external audit requests
• Ensure compliance with Brand policies, AML, and Group Sanctions; generate monthly reports for Maison Management
• Support and enforce internal control policies through training, communication, and reporting
• Conduct regular internal control reviews of boutique operations

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; 3–5 years in retail controlling or similar
• Solid understanding of retail compliance regulations (AML and cash limits)
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, problem-solving, and quantitative analysis abilities
• Autonomy, initiative, and continuous improvement mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to explain financial information to diverse audiences
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
