Experteer Overview As Enterprise Program Manager you drive the end-to-end delivery of BI and product onboarding for Lighthouse’s largest global clients, coordinating cross-functional work across regions. You align programs with client objectives, manage governance and risk, and propel customer satisfaction and growth. You act as the bridge between clients and Product/Engineering, translating needs into delivery plans. - Lead end-to-end implementation of Lighthouse solutions including BI dashboards for large global clients
- Organize and manage all projects within enterprise accounts to ensure on-time delivery and objective achievement
- Establish program governance and guide stakeholder expectations from properties to C-level executives
- Create and maintain project documentation with timelines, activities, and risks using task management tools
- Bridge clients with Product and Engineering to capture requirements and manage delivery timelines
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth through robust project plans and regular status calls

- Proven experience in a program or project management role
- Strong hospitality industry knowledge and understanding of hotel management structures, chain operations, and OTA environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently
- Excellent business acumen and interpersonal skills with experience engaging with C-level executives
- Tech-savvy with ability to understand data solutions and communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
