We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team and take responsibility for projects from planning through execution.This is a role for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-moving international environment, dealing directly with customers and coordinating different teams to keep projects on track.ResponsibilitiesDefine and follow project timing, milestones and priorities.Coordinate activities across Engineering, Quality, Purchasing and Manufacturing.Monitor project deliverables, costs, risks and timing.Identify problems early and drive actions to solve them.Keep customers and internal stakeholders updated on project status.Communicate directly with customers and manage open points and priorities.Make sure actions have clear owners and deadlines,



and follow them through.Adapt quickly when priorities or customer requirements change.Escalate critical issues when needed, with proposed solutions and next steps.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent experience.Previous experience in Project Management, ideally in an industrial environment.Experience in the automotive sector is a plus.Comfortable working in a multinational and changing environment.Good communication skills and confidence dealing directly with customers.Proactive, organised and practical, with a strong focus on getting things done.Able to manage several topics at the same time and work well under pressure.#J-18808-Ljbffr
