In this role you will lead structural design for complex infrastructure, guiding technical delivery and collaborating with clients and multidisciplinary teams. You contribute to innovative solutions, advanced analyses, and high-quality drawings and reports. You’ll manage work packages across projects, mentor junior staff, and foster technical excellence and knowledge sharing within Arup’s general community. • Lead and deliver structural design packages for complex infrastructure projects
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated solutions
• Perform advanced structural and numerical analyses; generate calculations, drawings, specs, and technical reports

Responsabilidades
• 8-10 years' experience in structural design on medium to large-scale infrastructure projects in Spain or Europe
• Master's degree in Structural Engineering or equivalent
• Experience using Eurocodes daily
• Strong experience in structural and numerical analysis using industry-standard software
• Solid engineering judgement with planning, organizational, and time-management skills
• Strong interest in digital engineering and BIM; ability to coordinate BIM and digital workflows for modelling and drawing delivery
• Knowledge of Sofistik would be a significant advantage
• Proven ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
• Advanced Spanish and English; other languages welcome
