Experteer Overview As a Senior SW Engineering Lead you will drive the adoption of AI-DLC practices across engineering teams to accelerate productivity and software quality. You partner with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to design and deliver scalable AI-enabled software solutions. You’ll shape engineering strategy, promote modern practices, and contribute hands-on when needed in Python, React, and API development. This role combines technical leadership with cross-team influence to transform how software is built and delivered at HP.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Lead the adoption and evolution of AI-Driven Software Development Lifecycle practices across SW engineering teams
- Define engineering strategies leveraging AI to improve productivity, code quality, reliability, and delivery speed
- Design, develop, and deliver scalable software solutions across backend and frontend
- Integrate AI-assisted development tools into daily workflows (code generation, testing automation, documentation, code review, operations)
- Establish and promote modern engineering practices (architecture, modular design, automated testing, CI/CD, DevSecOps, observability, platform engineering)




- Partner with engineering leadership to modernize development processes and operating models for AI-native delivery
- Provide technical leadership and guidance across multiple teams
- Contribute hands-on to development when needed (Python, React, APIs)
- Mentor and coach engineers on modern software practices and AI techniques
- Collaborate with product, business, and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutionsResponsabilidades
- Bachelor in Computer Science
- Significant hands-on software engineering experience
- Experience in Agile environments
- Strong programming in Python
- Frontend experience with React
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps
- Solid understanding of backend systems, APIs, and system design
- Experience applying testing and automation practices
- Hands-on experience with AI/GenAI tools in corporate setting (highly valued)
