Experteer Overview
As a Medical Affairs Scientist/MSR you will build scientific partnerships with local KOLs, acting as the in-field medical expert in hematology tumors. You will develop and execute the country medical plan, translate central medical strategies to local activities, and ensure compliant dissemination of new clinical data. You will lead medical-to-medical communications and foster credible investigator relationships to support research and medical education initiatives.

• Generate field insights on investigators, competitive activities, and collaboration opportunities
• Plan and execute local medical-scientific strategic plans and provide in-country support for therapeutic areas
• Promote central-level medical activities to KOLs (education programs, congresses) in the local territory
• Monitor competitor drugs and attend relevant scientific meetings and conferences
• Lead medical-to-medical communications in the field and prepare scientific talks
• Disseminate new Pfizer clinical data accurately and compliantly per product label
• Ensure strong medical presence at investigational sites and key scientific centers
• Provide scientific leadership in relationships with investigators and manage research grants proposals
• Support independent sponsored research, non-interventional studies,



and grant planning
• Facilitate clinical research and interventional phase 1–4 trials with Pfizer drugs
• Manage post-marketing studies (clinical trials, observational/pharmacoepidemiological studies)
• Collaborate with internal teams and support regional promotional activities with KOLs and scientific societies
• Provide scientific input to cross-functional teams and deliver medical insights to customers
• Track internal activities and field interactions via periodic reports
• Ensure all work complies with Pfizer policies and regulatory requirements

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Health Sciences
• MD, MBA, PhD strongly desired
• Experience in MSL/MSR roles and Oncology/hematology knowledge preferred
• Fluency in English
• Background in Epidemiology, Oncology, Immunology, Clinical Trials, molecular biology, translational medicine preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in medical writing and submitting papers to peer-reviewed journals
• Strong customer orientation and science-based approach
• Project management skills and ability to work under deadlines
• Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience with regulatory affairs, drug safety, legal and compliance
• Computer skills; willingness to adopt digital tools and AI/digital trends
• Willingness to travel; valid driver’s license
