In this role, you drive the analytics capability within Services u0026amp; Operations, turning data into strategic insights and measurable outcomes. You will partner with business and tech teams to enable data-driven decisions, governance, and AI-enabled value. The position sits at the intersection of data, governance, and advanced analytics, with broad visibility and a focus on improving operational performance. You will lead the data and AI transformation journey and help leaders act quickly on insights that boost efficiency and business results. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that shapes how the organization leverages data to create value.

Responsabilidades
• 4+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or related technical roles
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in applicable field
• Advanced SQL, data analysis, and statistical methodologies
• KPI development and business performance management
• Power BI and modern visualization platforms
• Data modeling and semantic layer development
• ETL/ELT design and data pipeline orchestration
• Data governance, quality management, and metadata practices
• Understanding of AI and generative AI applications in enterprise environments
• Familiarity with data preparation and governance for AI solutions
• Strong communication across technical and non-technical teams
• Analytical problem-solving with an engineering-first approach
• Curiosity, adaptability, and continuous learning mindset
