Experteer Overview In this role, you will enable agile delivery within the Provider Organization by partnering with Portfolio Leads, Business Owners and Product teams to translate needs into actionable requirements. You’ll work across value streams from idea to delivery, ensuring collaboration, discovery, and continuous improvement. You will help analyze impact, prepare for solution design, and support adoption of agile practices to transform provider experiences and internal operations. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced, learning-focused team that values curiosity and proactive problem-solving.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Collaborate with Portfolio Lead and Business Owners to identify pain points and opportunities to improve provider or operational experiences
- Assist in analyzing and sizing initiative impact and onboarding relevant experts for prioritized initiatives
- Ensure experts and agile delivery teams are connected and collaborate throughout the agile delivery journey
- Promote familiarity with agile ceremonies and participate as needed




- Work with product teams to analyze and document business requirements that are actionable for delivery teams
- Conduct analysis, mapping and investigations to support solution design
- Contribute to discovery sessions led by Product teams
- Foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement across teams and practices
- Monitor and report product performance with Product teams
- Support intake submission processes when requiredResponsabilidades
- 5+ years in business analysis, process engineering, or agile delivery with a proven delivery track record
- Experience in areas such as Eligibility, Claims, Pre-authorization, Network, Strategy, Finance, or Change management is a plus
- Analytical thinking to assess complex processes and identify improvements
- Strong collaboration with product teams, agile delivery teams and SMEs
- Excellent facilitation of meetings, workshops, and action follow-ups
- Adaptability in fast-paced, change-driven environments; continuous learning mindset
