Experteer Overview
In this role you will define and lead the Sales Hub strategy to grow merchant success from onboarding to first sale and early GMV. You’ll align multiple squads and functions around a shared product vision, building a reusable merchant‑success system. You’ll balance AI-driven guidance with practical product decisions to drive measurable merchant and business outcomes. The role offers high impact across Shopify-first pilots and future channel reuse, with clear ownership and leadership influence.

• Define and evolve Sales Hub strategy and end-to-end merchant-success ownership
• Set North Star, KPI tree, and segment-based journey design for Shopify and beyond
• Research and analyze merchant progress and friction, map journeys, identify high-leverage interventions
• Continuously reprioritize initiatives, balancing short-term gains with long-term capability buildup
• Shape AI-driven experiences: personalized onboarding, next-best-action, and proactive interventions
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, and AI to ensure feasible, scalable, and outcome-driven AI initiatives
• Translate strategy into phased initiatives with clear outcomes, dependencies, and decision gates




• Establish data-driven decision making with funnels, cohorts, and instrumentation
• Link product investments to GMV, retention, and LTV, clarifying opportunity costs
• Partner with senior leadership and mentor Product Managers to disseminate frameworks across the org

Responsabilidades
• Extensive PM experience in high-growth SaaS, marketplace, e-commerce, or platform businesses
• Strong analytics and commercial judgment connecting product decisions to GMV, revenue, or retention
• Ability to operate in ambiguous spaces, think in systems, and lead cross-functional alignment
• Strong technical fluency to partner with Engineering, Data, and AI teams
• Proven mentoring experience for other Product Managers
• Experience with activation, onboarding, retention, growth loops, and experimentation
• A plus: background with Shopify, Etsy, TikTok Shop, or similar merchant ecosystems
