As Editorial Executive, you will lead content creation for Secret Media Network across French and Belgian markets. You will manage a growing editorial team, shape a cohesive content vision, and uphold high standards aligned with Fever’s brand. You’ll work with cross-functional partners to drive audience growth, revenue, and measurable conversions through compelling storytelling and optimized formats. Responsabilidades
• English proficiency and bilingual/native level in French
• +5 years in newsroom, content agency, or digital media
• Minimum 2 years of team management experience
• Passion for local journalism, social media, and digital marketing
• Expertise in media mapping and external partnerships
• Strong digital fluency across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X
• Ability to inspire teams and deliver strong presentations
• Data-driven with strong writing and creative flair
• Understanding of optimization, AI-driven processes, and workflow automation
• Ability to convert creator content into growth opportunities
• Team player attitude
• Proficiency in WordPress; familiarity with Photoshop, Canva; knowledge of image/video editing software preferred
