Experteer Overview
As a Medical Affairs Scientist/MSR at Pfizer, you will lead local medical strategy and establish strong scientific partnerships with KOLs and scientific institutions in hematology tumor areas. You will act as the in-field medical expert, translating clinical data into insights and supporting evidence-based medical activities aligned with local strategic plans. You help shape the medical plan, foster investigator collaborations, and ensure compliant, scientific communication across sites, trials, and post-marketing studies. This role offers impact on research, education programs, and cross-functional collaboration within a patient-centric, digitally transforming environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Develop and consolidate local KOL and scientific institution networks to support medical leadership
• Serve as in-field hematology tumor medical expert
• Facilitate field intelligence on investigators, competitive activities, and collaboration opportunities
• Plan and execute local medical-scientific strategic plans; support therapeutic areas
• Promote central medical activities to KOLs at local level (education, congresses)
• Monitor competitor drugs and attend scientific meetings
• Lead medical-to-medical communications in the field
• Prepare scientific talks/presentations and disseminate new Pfizer data per label
• Strengthen medical presence at investigational sites and key centers; provide scientific leadership
• Oversee independent sponsored research,



non-interventional studies, and grants planning
• Support clinical research facilitation for phase 1–4 trials and post-marketing studies
• Collaborate with internal teams; support promotional activities with regional KOLs and societies
• Support internal training for customer-facing colleagues on clinical data and medicines
• Provide scientific input to cross-functional teams and capture medical insights
• Maintain records of field activities and M2M communications; ensure regulatory compliance

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Health Sciences
• MD, MBA, PhD strongly desired
• Experience as MSL/MSR desired; Oncology/hematology local knowledge preferred
• Fluency in English required
• Background in Epidemiology, Oncology, Immunology, Clinical Trials, molecular biology, translational medicine preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Medical writing experience and peer-reviewed submissions
• Strong customer orientation and science-based approach
• Project management and ability to work under deadlines
• Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration
• Digital literacy and ability to use new tools with medical customers
• Regulatory affairs, drug safety, legal/compliance knowledge
• Computer skills; interest in AI, digital environment, statistics
• Willingness to travel; valid driver's license
