Experteer Overview As a senior product leader, you will define and drive Flywire's payment orchestration and connectivity strategy to enable scalable, end-to-end money movement. You will shape routing, APIs, and provider connections across cards, banks, and general rails, impacting multiple product teams and markets. This role blends business judgment with technical architecture to deliver a resilient, high-performing payments platform. You’ll partner with engineering, data science, and commercial teams to translate data and customer needs into a prioritized platform roadmap. - Define strategy and vision for payment orchestration, routing, and connectivity
- Build intelligent smart routing to improve authorization, conversion, and cost efficiency
- Shape scalable connectivity across processors, acquirers, card networks, banks, and rails (ACH, SEPA, Faster Payments)
- Establish normalized payment APIs, lifecycle states, and provider outcomes
- Extend orchestration capabilities across pay-ins and payouts
- Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Risk, Treasury, Operations,

- Senior, hands-on product leadership with experience building payment-processing, orchestration, routing, connectivity, or gateway platforms at scale
- Deep understanding of end-to-end money movement: acceptance, settlement, refunds, returns, reconciliation, payouts
- Proven integration experience with processors, acquirers, card networks, banks, and alternative providers
- Strong knowledge of card payments and bank rails (ACH, SEPA, Faster Payments, wires, real-time networks)
- Platform thinking to turn fragmented provider capabilities into reusable products; data-driven decision making
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive execution without direct authority
- Professional fluency in English; valid work authorization for Spain/EURequisitos principales
