Lead and develop the Customer Service team, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction.Manage end-to-end customer relationships for Parts & Repairs sales, from opportunity identification to payment collection.Define pricing tactics in collaboration with Operations Managers and Customer DirectorsMonitor delivery performance through KPI management, root cause analysis and corrective actionsCoordinate performance reviews with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Procurement and Repair Center teamsIdentify customer needs and business opportunities,
