In this role, you will manage contract-related deliverables for clinical trials within ICON’s sponsor-dedicated model. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and mitigate risks, contributing to the advancement of new treatments. The position combines contract analysis, negotiation, and records management to support efficient vendor relationships. You will operate in a fast-paced environment, applying regulatory knowledge to enable high-quality trial execution. • Review and analyze contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to clinical trial activities and vendor relationships
• Negotiate contract terms with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure regulatory and policy compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess contract risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Maintain accurate records of contract status, milestones,



and deliverables in contract management systems
• Provide guidance to internal teams on contract interpretation, compliance, and dispute resolution

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years in contract administration or management, preferably in pharma or clinical research
• Strong understanding of contract law, legal terminology, and regulatory requirements for clinical trials and vendor agreements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Willingness to travel (~5%)
