Experteer Overview
In this role you will build scientific partnerships with local KOLs to enable access and advocacy backed by evidence. You will act as the local medical expert in hematology tumors and lead the country medical plan in alignment with Pfizer’s strategic goals. You’ll engage investigators, disseminate data, support clinical research, and ensure compliant scientific communications. This position offers impact through field leadership, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a strong medical presence at sites and societies.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Develop and consolidate a local network of KOLs and scientific institutions to support scientific leadership
• Serve as in-field medical expert for hematology tumors
• Facilitate field intelligence on investigators, competitor activities, and collaboration opportunities
• Plan and execute local medical-scientific strategic plans and support therapeutic areas
• Promote central-level medical activities to KOLs for territory implementation
• Observe and assess competitor drugs
• Lead medical-to-medical communications and prepare scientific talks/presentations
• Disseminate new clinical data promptly and in compliance with product labeling
• Maintain strong medical presence at investigational sites and key centers; provide scientific leadership to investigators
• Support independent sponsored research, non-interventional studies, and grants planning




• Facilitate clinical research and interventional trials (Phase 1–4) with Pfizer drugs
• Manage post-marketing studies and pharmacovigilance considerations
• Collaborate with internal teams and support promotional activities with regional KOLs and societies
• Provide scientific input to cross-functional teams and deliver insights from customers
• Track field activities and communications through periodic reports
• Ensure compliance with Pfizer policies and regulatory standards

Responsabilidades
• MD, MBA, PhD strongly desired
• Previous MSL/MSR experience and Oncology/hematology local environment knowledge preferred
• Fluency in English
• Background in Epidemiology, Oncology, Immunology, Clinical Trials, molecular biology, translational medicine preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in medical writing and peer-reviewed submissions
• Strong customer orientation with science-based approach
• Project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Team collaboration and adaptability to new digital technologies
• Knowledge of Regulatory Affairs, Drug Safety, Legal and compliance
• Computer skills and interest in AI/digital environments
• Willingness to travel; valid driver’s license
• European work permit; location-based in Andalusia
