Experteer Overview In this role you ensure Su0026amp; S operations meet civil and military certifications and maintain a robust quality system aligned with EASA, PERAM, and military requirements. You act as the focal point with local Spanish-NQAR on frame of military contracts and manage approvals and documentation across the organization. You drive non-conformances closure, corrective actions, and staff authorizations, shaping a quality-focused, compliant environment. This position offers impact through safeguarding regulatory compliance and contributing to high-stakes aviation programs.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Manage civil and military approvals (EASA Part 145, CAA Part 145, PERAM 145, EASA Part 147, PERAM 147, ATO)
- Prepare and maintain procedures and manuals (MOE, MOM, MTOE, MOFM, ATO) and ensure regulatory adequacy
- Coordinate amendments and updates to MOE, MOM, MTOE, MOFM, and ATO manuals with Authorities
- Follow up and close non-conformances; coordinate corrective action plans




- Follow up and close complaints; coordinate corrective action plans
- Issue/renew/cancel staff authorizations; ensure EASA Part 66, CAA Part 66, PERAM 66 licenses are arranged
- Maintain relationships with local Spanish-NQAR (S-NQAR) for Su0026S contracts
- Participate in QA plans setting-up and review Quality Plans for Su0026S contracts
- Train personnel on applicable regulations and procedures
- Issue Certificates of Conformity where contractual requirements are fulfilledResponsabilidades
- Degree in Aeronautics or equivalent (implied by profile)
- Experience in aircraft maintenance
- Knowledge of EASA Part 145/147/66/M regulations
- Knowledge of PERAM 145/147/66/M regulations
- Knowledge of CAA Part 145/66/M regulations
- Knowledge of ISO9001/EN9100/AQAP2110
- Experience with quality assurance and regulatory compliance in aviationRequisitos principales
