You will translate signed contracts into SAP, validate billing data, and support month-end close, ensuring precise invoicing and VAT reporting. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams across regions to streamline processes and advance automation. - Translate contracts, amendments, and addenda into SAP systems
- Prepare and validate billing data to support invoicing cycles
- Execute manual billing operations and month-end closing processes
- Support reconciliations, accruals, and VAT-related reporting
- Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives
- Collaborate with Account Management, Billing, Accounting, and Regional Finance teams across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas




- Maintain financial controls with focus on accuracy and continuous improvementResponsabilidades
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Approximately 3-5 years of experience in order-to-cash, billing, invoicing, or contract fulfillment
- Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and Microsoft Office
- SAP experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to prioritize under deadlines
- Attention to detail and accountability balanced with collaboration
