As Brand Strategy u0026amp; Launch Lead, you will shape the growth trajectory of our products in Spain and Portugal, aligning local launches with integral priorities. You’ll own strategic planning, launch readiness, and performance optimization within a cross-functional team. Your work will translate market and customer insights into actionable growth and ensure flawless execution across the product lifecycle. • Collaborate cross-functionally across Medical Affairs, Market Access, Commercial Ops, Sales, Regulatory, Compliance, and external partners

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years in pharmaceutical marketing, product management, or commercial roles
• Experience leading or supporting successful pharmaceutical product launches
• Experience working across Spain and Portugal (preferred)
• Experience in specialty care, rare diseases, hepatology, gastroenterology, or hospital products
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate insights into measurable outcomes
• Proven ability to influence diverse stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams
• Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, prioritization and decision-making
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is an advantage
• Knowledge of regulatory, compliance, and promotional review processes
• Budget and agency management experience
