During this transition phase, parts of our recruitment activities and communication may still be conducted via legacy company systems and email domains.At a glance: We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Engineer to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. In this role, you will lead the electrical design and implementation of complex warehouse automation and material handling systems for customers across Southern Europe. Working closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams, project managers, suppliers, and customers, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality electrical solutions from concept design through commissioning and handover.Your Impact:Lead the electrical engineering scope of automated warehouse and material handling projects throughout the complete project lifecycle. Design and specify electrical systems, power distribution solutions, control panels, and field devices in accordance with technical and safety standards. Produce detailed electrical schematics, control diagrams, and network architectures using technologies such as Industrial Ethernet, PROFINET, PROFIBUS, and AS-i bus. Develop comprehensive design packages, including installation drawings, cabling specifications, assembly instructions, and manufacturing documentation. Coordinate and align electrical interfaces with controls engineering, mechanical engineering, third-party equipment suppliers, and software partners. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to customer requirements and quality standards. Provide technical leadership, guidance, and support to project teams and stakeholders. Support system commissioning, troubleshooting, testing, and validation activities. Ensure compliance with relevant local regulations, industry standards,
