Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead and optimize the systems that power Quality operations across Roche’s PT Quality organization. You will define the technology strategy, act as Global Product Owner for QMS tech, and drive cross‑functional delivery with external partners. You will translate complex business needs into standardized, compliant solutions, influence innovation, and ensure data integrity and regulatory alignment. This is a chance to shape critical quality platforms at scale and partner with global teams to improve patient outcomes.

• Define and monitor KPIs for IT system and product performance
• Serve as global Principal Product Owner for QMS technologies (Quality Vault QMS, Veeva Quality Docs) and ensure data flow across sites
• Oversee system lifecycles including upgrades, replacements, and retirements within change control
• Partner with key business stakeholders and IT to align product vision and backlogs
• Act as Business Data Steward ensuring GxP compliance and data governance
• Mobilize and lead cross-functional teams across integral sites, IT, and validation functions

Responsabilidades
• 12+ years of experience with Veeva Quality Vault or equivalent QMS platforms (ideally Veeva QMS and Veeva Quality Docs)
• Bachelor or Master degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent qualification)
• Strong understanding of data integrity, data analytics, and software validation in GMP/GxP environments
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies and backlog management; effective communicator to technical and non-technical audiences
• Proactive problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and adapt setups to site needs
