- 5+ years of experience in Product Analytics and data-driven decision making
- Strong expertise in quantitative and qualitative UX research methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in SQL




- Hands-on experience with analytics platforms (Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, UXCam, Google Analytics)
- Experience designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests and experiments
- Strong statistical analysis and hypothesis validation skills
- Experience building dashboards and reporting (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Metabase)
- Ability to analyze user behavior, adoption, engagement, and product performance metrics
- Strong data storytelling and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience working in Agile, cross-functional product teams
- Familiarity with product management and discovery frameworks
