Experteer Overview
In this role you lead Global Payroll Convergence Development teams in an Agile setting, collaborating with Product Management, Architects and DevOps to align on technical decisions and avoid debt. You enable teams to deliver on roadmap commitments, monitor key metrics, and drive quality, security and innovation. You will engage with stakeholders across the organization and present your team's approach to leadership. The position blends hands-on leadership with strategic planning to modernize the global payroll platform and leverage GenAI tooling.

• Support and lead agile teams; serve as first escalation contact and participate in Outcome Based Teams with business stakeholders
• Lead development teams, focusing on people development and inclusive environments (StandOut)
• Collaborate with Product Management, Architects, and DevOps to align on technical decisions and reduce single points of failure
• Manage team KPIs including code quality, innovation, agility, automation, security and resilience
• Work with Product Management to understand business needs and deliver to roadmaps
• Monitor progress using Jira Software and Jira Align; track team deliverables




• Plan and participate in two-week sprints; ensure timelines and coding standards are met
• Prepare and deliver presentations to leadership defending team approaches
• Partner with Global Product and Technology teams to turn ideas into reality
• Report to the Senior Director, Integral Payroll Development
• Engage in continuous learning and adoption of GenAI development lifecycle
• Lead change management activities to implement new technologies and integration methods

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, engineering, or related field
• 5-10 years proven management experience
• Strong communication skills and collaboration across global teams
• Ability to manage multiple demands and a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and adopt GenAI tools (e.g., Copilot or similar)
• Experience with Jira and Agile practices
• Experience in change management and driving technology adoption
• Understanding of software architecture, design patterns and strategic planning
• Experience with API development and microservices; cloud familiarity (AWS/Azure/GCP)
