Experteer Overview
Engagement Manager leads quota-carrying Professional Services sales to scope, negotiate, and close opportunities that accelerate MongoDB adoption. You will collaborate with Sales, PS, and Customer Success to craft account strategies and drive profitable PS bookings. Based remotely in Spain, you own deals from inception to closure and help translate customer needs into actionable SOWs and delivery plans. You enable digital transformation with MongoDB technologies and mentor teammates to scale repeatable assets.

Responsabilidades
• BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 years of PS or technology solutions sales experience in enterprise software
• Experience as architect, consultant, project manager, or PS manager
• Experience vs PS bookings quota and internal positioning of PS services
• Knowledge of databases (RDBMS, SQL, NoSQL) and SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
• Knowledge of software architecture for cloud and on-premise (AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, OpenShift)
• Ability to collaborate within an account team to execute complex strategies
• Ability to scope and estimate projects
• Willingness to travel for key engagements and team offsites
• Fluency in Spanish and English
