Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead the data and analytics function, overseeing both project-level work and the broader data department. You will drive the technological roadmap, coordinate cross-functional Data Engineering, Architecture, BI and Analytics teams, and manage strategic customer relationships on high-impact initiatives. You’ll supervise budgeting, forecasting and cost control while promoting new data and AI cloud technologies. This position involves shaping the data strategy in collaboration with management and supporting pre-sales and business development efforts. You will work in a results-driven, collaborative environment that values scalable data solutions and operational excellence.

• Manage relationships with strategic customers as the main interlocutor for high-impact initiatives
• Oversee economic planning including budgeting, profitability, forecasting, and cost control
• Promote adoption of new technologies and cloud services related to data and AI
• Participate in pre-sales processes, proposals, and business development
• Establish standards, methodologies and best practices for project and team management

Responsabilidades
• Proven experience in data and analytics with leadership responsibilities
• Experience managing complex projects and cross-disciplinary teams
• Ability to define and execute a data/tech strategy in collaboration with management
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills
• Budgeting, forecasting and cost control experience
• Knowledge or interest in cloud services related to data and AI
• Experience supporting pre-sales and business development
• Ability to establish standards and best practices in project management
