Experteer Overview
In this role, you lead the end-to-end development and integration of armament systems for aerial platforms, ensuring performance, safety and regulatory compliance throughout the lifecycle. You collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to define architectures, interfaces and documentation. You will drive system validation, airworthiness activities and qualification efforts, while mentoring junior engineers. This position offers the chance to shape armament integration in a high-stakes, multidisciplinary environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Develop armament systems and integration activities across the lifecycle from concept to retirement
• Lead architecture definition for Armament Control, Stores Management and Weapon Bay/Carriage systems with suppliers
• Define interfaces and technical requirements across system/subsystem/equipment levels
• Create ICDs and perform weapon/system-level technical assessments for seamless aircraft integration
• Prepare safety and technical documentation for armament and stores integration




• Design and support ground/flight test requirements and system qualification
• Ensure airworthiness through qualification reports and certification documentation
• Act as primary technical contact for suppliers and ensure requirement alignment
• Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and promote engineering best practices

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of experience in Aircraft Systems Integration
• Education in Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering (or related discipline)
• Advanced English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Experience with armament or stores integration and development (preferred)
• Knowledge of DOORS, Matlab/Simulink and C++ (nice to have)
• Understanding of system integration in aerial combat platforms and Vu0026V processes
• Airworthiness certification awareness
