As Manager II, Operations, you lead a frontline team in Amazon's fulfillment network to ensure safe, productive, and high‑quality operations. You will drive performance through coaching, manage safety and associate experience, and use data to identify trends and implement improvements. Your role partners with safety, HR, and learning teams to align site goals and deliver organizational priorities at scale. You will shape processes, staffing plans, and playbooks that support a fast‑paced, inclusive environment. This is an opportunity to influence daily outcomes for customers while developing your leadership capabilities in a dynamic setting.

• Collaborate with safety, HR, and learning teams to align on site-wide goals and drive performance initiatives.
• Plan staffing, resources, and processes to meet changing demands and keep the team informed and engaged.
• Coach on the floor, address real-time challenges, and adjust shift plans based on performance data.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience in people management
• Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership
• Experience using data to influence business decisions
• English fluency (C1 level or above)
