Experteer Overview
In this role you will be the top technical authority for cyber threat detection, shaping how Allianz detects and responds to threats across a general environment. You will define the target detection landscape and translate threat intelligence into scalable detection coverage, working across Threat Intelligence, Threat Hunting, Security Operations, and Engineering. You’ll drive detection engineering standards and optimize SIEM use cases to balance effectiveness with operational sustainability. This is a strategic, hands-on position that directly impacts Allianz’s security posture in a large international setting.

Responsabilidades
• Extensive experience in Detection Engineering, Cyber Defense, Security Monitoring, or Threat Detection in complex enterprise environments
• Deep expertise in SIEM technologies, including log management, event correlation, and detection logic development
• Strong understanding of adversary TTPs and MITRE ATTu0026CK
• Proven track record in developing, tuning, and maintaining detection content with low false positives
• Experience translating threat intel and hunting outcomes into scalable detections
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with stakeholder influence
• Familiarity with Detection-as-Code, behavioral analytics, automation, and AI-assisted security operations
