Experteer Overview

As a Medical Affairs Scientist/MSR, you will build scientific partnerships with local KOLs to enable access and advocacy based on evidence. You’ll be the in-field medical expert for hematology tumors and steer local medical plans aligned with the company’s strategic goals.

You’ll translate clinical data into actionable insights, support investigator-led research, and educate internal and external stakeholders while ensuring regulatory and scientific integrity. This role offers meaningful impact shaping medical strategy across territories within Pfizer’s patient-centric mission.

- Develop and maintain a local KOL network and scientific collaborations
- Serve as in-field medical expert for hematology tumors
- Gather and analyze field intelligence on investigators and research activities
- Plan and execute local medical-scientific strategic plans and support therapeutic areas
- Promote central medical activities to KOLs and implement scientific strategies locally
- Monitor competitor drugs and attend relevant scientific meetings
- Lead medical-to-medical communications and disseminate information to the scientific community
- Prepare scientific talks/presentations and ensure compliant data dissemination




- Provide scientific leadership in investigative sites and manage research grant discussions
- Support clinical research, interventional trials, post-marketing studies, and sponsor management
- Collaborate with internal teams and support promotional activities with regional KOLs
- Train customer-facing colleagues and provide medical insights to cross-functional teams
- Track activities and communications through periodic reports and ensure regulatory compliance

Responsabilidades

- Degree in Health Sciences
- MD, MBA, PhD strongly desired
- Oncology/hematology local environment knowledge preferred
- Fluency in English
- Background in Epidemiology, Oncology, Immunology, Clinical Trials, molecular biology, translational medicine preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Medical writing experience and peer-reviewed submissions
- Strong customer orientation and scientific rigor
- Project management and ability to meet deadlines
- Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration
- Adaptability to new digital technologies and medical interactions
- Knowledge of Regulatory Affairs, Drug Safety, Legal and compliance
- Computer skills and willingness to travel; valid driver's license
- Interest in innovation, AI, digital environments, statistics
