As Senior Identity Security Architect, you define and own the enterprise identity security strategy across IdP, AD, and cloud platforms to secure a general technology estate. You will lead zero trust initiatives and CIAM for externally facing products, shaping security posture at enterprise scale.

You collaborate with engineering, product, and operations to translate standards into actionable guidance and governance. This role offers visibility and impact by strengthening authentication, access, and identity governance across JLL. - Define and own enterprise identity security architecture spanning IdP services, AD, M365, cloud platforms, and SaaS
- Establish and maintain identity security policy and standards across users, non-person accounts, on-premises, cloud, and SaaS
- Partner with security, engineering, and operations to translate standards into engineering directives
- Lead JLL's zero trust strategy for user and third-party access
- Shape CIAM vision within externally-facing digital products for secure client experiences




- Extend identity security to machine identities and service accounts with modern auth patterns
- Architecture governance for identity provisioning, entitlement models, and joiner/mover/leaver processes
- Define and govern privileged access management strategy and tooling (Cyber Ark preferred)
- Mentor security professionals and lead cross-functional security initiatives
- Communicate advanced security architecture concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsabilidades

- Hands-on experience with enterprise IdP platforms (Okta preferred) and PAM solutions (Cyber Ark preferred)
- Experience securing identity across M365, AWS/Azure, SaaS, and on-premises environments
- Knowledge of Active Directory governance, hybrid AD/Entra ID sync, and privilege escalation paths
- Proven collaboration with threat management and incident response teams for identity-aware detections
- Experience designing identity for non-person and machine-to-machine access and OAuth flows
- Strong understanding of zero trust, SSO, OAuth2/OIDC, and PAM
- Familiarity with NIST, ISO 27001, MITRE ATTu0026CK, CIS Controls, and AI/LLM security guidance
