Experteer Overview In this role you will develop technical proposals and tailor solutions for customers in the global paper industry. You will work closely with sales, project management, engineering and Ru0026amp;D to deliver technically sound and competitive proposals.
You will visit customer sites, analyze requirements and identify improvement opportunities to enhance paper machine performance. You will monitor industry trends and collaborate across teams to create long-term value for clients worldwide. This multinational setting offers a hands-on, customer-facing engineering role with international travel.

Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable engineering solutions
Support the sales organization with technical expertise throughout the sales process
Participate in customer meetings, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations
Collaborate with engineering, project management, service,



and Ru0026D teams to ensure technically sound and competitive proposals
Prepare technical documentation, cost estimations, and project specifications
Visit customer sites internationally to understand processes, identify improvement opportunities, and strengthen customer relationships
Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor solutions to continuously enhance offerings
Responsabilidades Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Process, or related Engineering
Strong technical curiosity and problem-solving mindset
Interest in combining engineering with customer-oriented and commercial activities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment
Willingness to travel internationally
Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
