Experteer Overview

In this role you will develop and execute the country medical plan, engaging local KOLs and scientific institutions to advance evidence-based medical leadership in oncology. You will act as the field medical expert, gather and translate scientific insights, and support the implementation of central medical strategies at the local level.

You will promote medical activities to KOLs, oversee post-marketing and clinical research initiatives, and ensure compliant communication of new data. You will work cross-functionally to strengthen Pfizer’s scientific presence with investigators and at key sites, driving impactful collaborations.

- Gather field medical intelligence and identify investigator opportunities
- Plan and execute local medical-scientific strategic plans
- Provide in-country support for therapeutic areas and central medical education activities
- Monitor competitor drugs and attend scientific meetings
- Lead medical-to-medical communications and prepare scientific talks
- Disseminate clinical data accurately per product labeling
- Support research grants,

- Collaborate with internal teams and support regulatory/compliance requirements
- Contribute to internal training for commercial colleagues and share medical insights
- Maintain records of field activities and communications through periodic reports
- Travel as needed; possess valid driver’s license
- Align with internal stakeholders and ensure compliance with policies

Responsabilidades

- Degree in Health Sciences; MD, MBA, PhD strongly desired
- Fluency in English
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in medical writing and peer-reviewed submissions
- Customer-oriented, science-based mindset
- Project management and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work in multifunctional teams and adapt to digital tools
- Knowledge of Regulatory Affairs, Drug Safety, Legal and compliance
- Clinical/epidemiology/oncology background required; oncology and local environment knowledge preferred
- Willingness to travel; field-based role
- Experience as MSL/MSR preferred
