In this role you will manage regional sourcing topics to support business development, aligning regional execution with global strategies. You will lead supplier negotiations, drive ESG integration, and develop regional sourcing roadmaps to ensure quality, cost, lead time, and risk management. You'll collaborate across functions to deploy category strategies and roll out key initiatives like No PO No Pay, delivering measurable savings and compliance. Responsabilidades
Manage a defined group of vendors to meet quality, cost, lead time, compliance and ESG objectives; lead commercial negotiations
Incorporate ESG requirements across sourcing activities and verify partners align with Code of Sustainable Sourcing




Develop and manage regional sourcing roadmaps for assigned spend categories aligned with group policy; oversee initiative execution
Report sourcing savings and compliance; promote collaboration with Category Management to leverage synergies and negotiate higher volumes
Deploy and roll out category strategies regionally; drive performance and standardization
Lead No PO No Pay implementation with local stakeholder alignment and timely deliverables
Establish and maintain a supplier base to mitigate financial and operational risks; develop action plans for risk suppliers; ensure compliance with Group Purchasing Policy
Requisitos principales Academic degree or relevant commercial/technical education
Minimum of 5 years' experience in purchasing and procurement techniques
Proven track record delivering value from strategic activities
Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines
