Maintain requirements‑to‑test traceability infrastructure required under GxP frameworks.Build the AI evaluation practice: Define how AI capabilities embedded in products are tested at release and monitored in production, building evaluation frameworks, model regression testing, and output validation.Embed AI into the testing workflow: Use AI tooling to accelerate test generation, coverage analysis, and QA workflows.Define and own quality metrics: Establish a metrics framework to measure automation coverage, defect trends, release quality, and AI evaluation outcomes.Partner across functions: Collaborate with squads, product, quality, and delivery teams to embed quality earlier in the cycle, reduce rework, and improve release confidence.Minimum Qualifications8+ years in quality engineering, software engineering, or product engineering, with at least 3 years leading a quality or testing function at senior level.Proven track record building test a
